Used as a preventive measure for the formation of limescale. With the help of a permanent magnet, a magnetic field is created that breaks down lime. The magnetic field causes the calcium carbonate dissolved in the water to crystallize, so that no limescale is formed. Hard water treated in this way acquires the properties of soft water.
